Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your DHC skincare routine, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of products purchased directly from our site within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original packaging and in gently used or unused condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to start the process and select the items you wish to return.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label to print and attach to your return package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack the items in their original box or a padded envelope and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After we receive and inspect your items, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
